This two-lesson module allows students to explore careers in space and work together to design their own space mission.
In Lesson 1, students are introduced to various career paths in astrobiology and related scientific fields. Students will explore how different scientific disciplines contribute to the study of life beyond Earth and reflect on their own skills and interests in relation to potential career paths.
In Lesson 2, students will work in groups to plan a mission to a fictional planet, justify their choices, and present their ideas.
