Welcome from the Deputy Director

With outreach and education as central pillars of the AZ Astrobiology Center, we are committed to serving as a vibrant hub where dialogue, community and university-based projects, scientific partnerships, and network-building flourish across various disciplines, institutions, and communities. Embracing inclusivity and the diverse tapestry of voices, races, ethnicities, and communities is not only a cornerstone but also a driving force behind the center. These perspectives are critical for enriching and inspiring innovation in the fields of science and astrobiology.

The mission of AABC is to create, facilitate, and co-create opportunities and resources that enrich the experiences of learners, scientists, and scholars at all stages. We aim to nurture engagement and promote advancement in astrobiology and the profound questions surrounding life's origins, evolution, and future, both within our solar system and across the universe.

We extend an invitation to all to join us at the Arizona Astrobiology Center!
