Deputy Principal Investigator, OSIRIS-REx
Investigates the surface and near-surface structure of small airless worlds across the solar systems. She develops and uses remote-sensing geophysical instruments deployed by spacecraft. Additionally, she does field testing and validation of instrumentation techniques at analog sites in extreme environments across Earth. She is interested in water distribution throughout the solar system and how we can establish its presence using remote-sending and in-situ techniques.
Research Interests
Earth, planetary sciences, planetary geophysics, planetary surfaces, small bodies
